No joining fee. Your free time starts when your approved profile goes public after launch. We confirm the exact first-payment date and send reminders 14 and 3 days beforehand. You can cancel online before that date and no payments will be made, or before any later renewal.

Your £10 total monthly price, including VAT, stays protected while your membership continues. The founding limit is 150 places ending 16 October 2026 or when those places fill.

When does my free time start?

After launch, once we have approved your evidence and you have confirmed your public profile. Saving a card or preparing a private draft does not start the clock.

Founders receive six calendar months free. Members joining after the founding window receive three calendar months free, then £15 a month including VAT. The 150 founding places are shared across the UK and US.

How do payments and cancellation work?

You save your card securely with Stripe and authorise the displayed monthly total. We confirm your first-payment date and send reminders 14 and 3 days beforehand. Cancel online before that date to pay nothing, or before any later renewal.

If a required payment notice fails or its sending outcome is uncertain, we hold the first charge and give a fresh 14-day notice period. There is no catch-up charge. Optional Featured billing starts after the same free period; you can remove the add-on through your account.

What if I need to pause or a payment fails?

An approved temporary pause saves unused free time and protects your founding membership price. Returning requires current evidence and your confirmation of the revised payment date. Any interruption to time already paid for is reviewed.

A failed payment has a seven-day recovery period with founder price protection. If it remains unpaid, your profile is hidden and future billing stops. Voluntary membership cancellation ends founder price protection.

Do I get anything for recommending a colleague?

Refer a colleague from your dashboard and you both get a free month: they get one extra free month for joining through your personal link, and you get one free month of membership, added fourteen days after their profile goes live and not if they cancel within those fourteen days. A free month means no membership charge for that month; Featured Placement, if you have it, is charged as normal. No cash alternative.

What you need to join

A qualification you were assessed on, from one of six recognised schools: Vodder, Casley-Smith, Földi, Leduc, LTA Fill and Flush or Aftercare Academy. Read the full standard.
